Include your account email and, if you're reporting a problem, what you were doing when it happened. That gets you a real answer instead of a follow-up question.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so they're cancelled in iOS Settings — not inside Whetstone:
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also open Whetstone → Settings → Whetstone Pro, which takes you straight to that screen.
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Subscriptions are tied to the Apple ID that made the purchase and to the Whetstone account that claimed it, so if you signed in with a different account, Restore moves your subscription to the account you're using now. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. That permanently removes your account and the data attached to it. If you can't get into the app, email us from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase you'd like refunded.
No. There are no advertising or analytics trackers in the app, we don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it to train AI models. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
No. Whetstone is a coaching and planning tool. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition and it isn't a licensed financial advisor. For medical, mental-health, or financial decisions, talk to a qualified professional. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
